Our housing link will be available for individual reservations in early July. Exhibitor sub-blocks will not be offered through Passkey.

All reservations made through GrindingHub America’s official housing portal Passkey International, Inc. are guaranteed the lowest rate. This is the ONLY official housing provider for GrindingHub Americas.

Plane icon​ Air Travel:
Cincinnati is home to the Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG), a hub for Delta Air Lines. That means that there are convenient flights to a wide variety of destinations -- nearly 60 non-stop; including direct international flights to Toronto, Paris, and London. CVG is located approximately 13 mi / 16-22 mins from the First Financial Convention Center.

Unless you are a citizen or lawful permanent resident of the U.S., an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) or a Visitor Visa is required to enter the United States. Applications are the responsibility of individual travelers/participants. For more information, please visit the U.S. Department of State.

International exhibitors should consult their immigration counsel regarding U.S. entry requirements. Employees traveling from outside the United States to attend or staff an exhibit may require a B-1 visa or other appropriate travel authorization depending on their nationality and activities.
